The 30-night training period
What your first 30 nights look like
Sleeping upright takes some getting used to. Here's the honest week-by-week, so you know what's normal and when it starts to click.
1
Week One
Getting settled in...
Your first few nights upright may feel different, and that’s completely normal. Place the Snorinator® flush against your headboard, settle into the HeadNest™, and give yourself a little time to get comfortable with a new sleep position.
As you get more familiar with the pillow, small adjustments can make a big difference. You’ll start to find the shoulder placement, recline, and HeadNest™ position that feel best for you—and quieter, more comfortable nights may start becoming easier to notice.
By this point, upright sleep often starts to feel much more natural. You may find yourself staying comfortably supported for longer stretches, waking up less to reposition, and beginning to notice why changing your sleep position can make such a difference.
Now the Snorinator® starts to feel less like a new pillow and more like a better way to sleep. With comfortable 66° support night after night, you can enjoy the benefits of upright sleep—from quieter nights and easier breathing to reflux support, better circulation, and less neck and back discomfort.

Quiet for the first time in years
I was skeptical that a pillow could do what a dozen sprays and strips couldn't. Three weeks in and my wife says she genuinely forgets I'm there. I'm not a clinical case, just a lifelong loud sleeper, and this fixed it.

The sprays and strips are in the bin
I've spent hundreds over the years on nasal strips, mouth tape, chin straps, you name it. This is the first thing that worked by just changing how I lie down instead of sticking something to my face.

My daughter noticed before I did
She came down one morning and asked why the house was so quiet. That's when it hit me that the snoring had actually stopped. Two and a half weeks of using it every night.

Works if you actually commit to it
Give it the full month. The first several nights I woke up sliding off it and almost gave up. By week three I was sleeping straight through and so was everyone else in the house.

Recorded myself to be sure
I used one of those sleep recording apps before and after because I wanted proof. Before was constant. After two weeks the app barely picked anything up. That was enough for me.

My one regret
My one and only regret is not buying it sooner. I went back and forth for months talking myself out of the price, and I'd pay it twice over now that I know what it does.

We're back in the same bed
We'd been doing the separate bedrooms thing for almost two years and both pretended it was fine. It wasn't. We've been back in the same room for a month now and neither of us has moved out again.

No elbow to the ribs at 2am
My whole marriage has involved nudging him onto his side every night. I don't do that anymore, which means I'm not waking up either. Two people got their sleep back from one purchase.

Silent, which matters more than I expected
We looked at a device that adjusts the bed during the night. The motor noise would have woken me up more than his snoring did. This does nothing, makes no sound, and needs no plug.

Bought a second one for myself
Got it for him and ended up jealous of how comfortable it looked. We now have his and hers. Sounds ridiculous, but the head and neck support alone is worth it.

Takes up more room than I pictured
Fair warning, it's a substantial pillow and our queen feels a little tighter now. Worth the trade for actually sleeping through the night, but measure your bed first.

First trip where I slept on the plane after
We took it on vacation in the travel bag and it made the hotel bed usable for both of us. Slightly absurd to travel with a pillow this size. Would do it again.

The only way I slept after my procedure
My surgeon told me to stay elevated for six weeks and stacking pillows was a nightly disaster. This holds the angle all night without sliding apart, and it's genuinely comfortable.

Recovery would have been miserable without it
Shoulder surgery in October. Sleeping upright in a recliner wrecked my back after three nights. Ordered this on a friend's recommendation and finished recovery in my own bed.

Held the angle all night, every night
The problem with a wedge of pillows is you wake up flat and undo the whole point. This one doesn't collapse. Same position at 6am as at 11pm.

My nurse asked where I got it
Brought it to a follow-up appointment because I was driving a distance. The nurse asked about it twice and wrote the name down. That felt like a decent endorsement.

Sturdy enough to lean on getting up
After abdominal surgery, sitting up is the hard part. The foam is dense enough that I could push against it instead of straining. Small thing that mattered a lot that first week.

Better than the wedge I returned
I tried a foam wedge first and kept sliding down it until I was flat again by midnight. This actually keeps me where I start, which is the entire point.

My GERD specialist suggested elevation, this delivered it
The advice was to raise the head of the bed. I didn't want to put blocks under the frame in a rental. This got me the same angle without touching the furniture.

FAQs
How does the Snorinator® help with snoring?
It keeps your upper body comfortably elevated at a 66° angle. That upright position helps support easier airflow while keeping your head, neck and back aligned — without masks, mouthpieces, tape, or a stack of pillows that shifts through the night.
Is sleeping upright actually comfortable?
It feels different at first, and that's worth knowing going in. The pillow is high-density CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam with lumbar support, neck cushioning and the hinged Head Nest™, so upright sleep feels supported rather than like sitting up in bed.
How long does it take to get used to it?
Most people take about three weeks. Some settle in sooner, some take five. You've spent your whole life sleeping flat, so give yourself the full 30 nights before deciding — that's exactly why the money-back window is 30 days.
Which size should I order?
Large is best for sleepers 5'6" and over. Small is best for sleepers under 5'6. If you're right on the line, size up.
How is this different from a wedge pillow?
A wedge gives you an incline and not much else, and most people slide down it and wake up flat. This is a structured system: the 66° angle plus lumbar support, neck cushioning, side support and the Head Nest™ to hold your position all night.
What comes in the box?
Every Snorinator® includes the pillow and a custom-fitted, machine-washable pillowcase. Bundles with an extra pillowcase or a travel bag are available, and both can also be bought separately later.
What if I have sleep apnea?
This product is not intended for people diagnosed with sleep apnea. If you've been prescribed a CPAP machine, or you're being treated for any sleep condition, talk to your physician before buying or using the Snorinator®.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping across the contiguous United States, with delivery in 3–9 business days and a tracking number sent once your order is placed. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
Important Warning
DO NOT ORDER A SNORINATOR® PILLOW IF:
• THE USER HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SLEEP APNEA.
• THE USER IS SERIOUSLY OVERWEIGHT.
THE SNORINATOR® WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT WORK FOR ANYONE WITH EITHER OF THESE TWO CONDITIONS.
